Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://sushibarsanjose.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Zuko Sushi Bar reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Zuko Sushi Bar markets and arranges Japanese Food, Sushi Food, Sushi Rolls, Sashimi, Nigiri Sushi, Bento Box, Japanese Cuisine. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Zuko Sushi Bar or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Zuko Sushi Bar may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://sushibarsanjose.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Zuko Sushi Bar makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Zuko Sushi Bar's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Zuko Sushi Bar against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
